Per the official Mustang HS Stuco Constitution,

"The publicists will keep a digital album of the Student Council activities throughout the year and be responsible for any photographing needs. She/he will also handle the public relations on an as needed basis. The BEAST Week publicist will be responsible for creating graphics for all BEAST Week events, food sales, and any other important events."
