Per the official Mustang HS Stuco Constitution,


"The president of the Mustang High School Student Council will be the official head of the Student Council. It will be his/her duty to preside at all meetings of the council and carry out the regulations and policies adopted by the Student Council. The president will also preside over the executive meetings and create the Student Council agenda with recommendations from the Executive Board."

Mustang High School Student Council is a non-profit organization of high school students engaged in supporting the Mustang community & students through servant leadership. Since 2010, MHS Stuco has raised over $550,000 through its annual philanthropy week, known as BEAST Week, for worthy recipients from the Mustang community.
