Per the official Mustang HS Stuco Constitution,

"The recordkeeper will keep and have available a complete and accurate record of all meetings of the Student Council. She/he will be responsible for the full minutes of every Student Council meeting. They will be responsible for keeping order at all meetings, and rule on all questions concerning the rules of order, as well as keeping updated records with regards to points for all members. The responsibilities will not include the handling of any money, except in the occasion of initial collecting of dues. They will also present a finance report to the Student Council Officers and keep the advisor(s) informed on any new information pertaining to the budget. The treasurer will be responsible for scheduling all food trucks throughout the year."
