Per the official Mustang HS Stuco Constitution,

"The vice presidents of engagement and committees will fulfill the duties and exercise the authority of the president in that official’s absence; and he/she will, at the direction of the president, assist him/her in the discharge of his/her official duties and responsibilities; and will be responsible for informing Student Council members of certain meeting dates and times; and will be responsible for follow-up work on all committees and their work, as well as being in charge of BEAST Week hall decorating and socials. The VP of student engagement officer will be the head of the D8 Fall Convention (D8 VP), the D8 Spring Convention (D8 Sec.), or the D8 Mixer (President), in the case that we run for office. They will oversee the committees for the D8 Conventions hosted by the Mustang High School Student Council. They will also be responsible for all Student Exchanges and communication with other districts. They will maintain contact with Mustang site sponsors for BEAST Week on a regular basis."
